Expression of the soul

In my opinion, Expression is the most important aspect of human beings. It becomes all the more important because the world we have created for ourselves opposes the basic tenet of free-expression. Different cultures, different societies, different people, different beliefs and then to top them all is the urgency to prove themselves superior to the fellow human beings.

In such brutally competitive ecosystem, the only human side which finds its way to expression is the hate, jealousy and anger. While the soul tries to express itself, it is mugged down by the number of masks the body starts wearing to adapt to the faulty system of human societies. The more the distance grows between the soul and its outward expression, the more the false identity starts revealing itself which is nothing but just a whiff of smoke, extremely vulnerable to the smallest change and scared of the world. The soul though never stops trying and in the process the energies within change the shapes and colors & one fine day they vent out in the form of frustration. This frustration sets a channel from within the body to the outside world and takes the form of a pseudo-expression which human starts using whenever needed to satisfy himself. This negative energy of Frustration soon starts affecting the outside world also and spreads epidemically to all the corners of the cosmos.

The need is to just look inwards, reverse the process and give space to your soul so it expresses itself clearly. Give the soul a breath of fresh air and let it burn with the fervor of its inherent passions and desires. The dreams which are sown upon the bed of your soul and which were forced to not to sprout due to unknown and invisible fears need to be lived.

The connection between Mind, body, heart and soul is simple; The soul has the imprints of your real self. It expresses itself through the heart. So listen to your heart when perplexed & take a decision. The mind then should get to the work to find and plan the way ahead in the direction shown by heart. The body then acts and takes the human being towards the destiny. Those who express themselves freely are the invincible ones for they are not perturbed by the external forces because they are at peace internally. While I still struggle to reach to such permanent state of mind, the Budhha touched that serene state and Vivekananda reached there. Hope I too am blessed some day….:)
